Participation through Partnership

For organisations seeking a more engaged role within the Forum, participation is primarily structured through partnership.

Strategic, Corporate, Institutional and Media Partners are integrated into the WIF ecosystem and may participate in the Madrid 2026 edition through the corresponding collaboration framework.

This model enables organisations not only to attend, but to engage more meaningfully with the Forum’s dialogue, network and long-term positioning.

Executive Participation

By Application & Approval

A limited number of additional executive seats are available through a structured application process.

This pathway is intended for senior leaders whose profile and experience are strongly aligned with the

Forum’s mission, while preserving the integrity, balance and quality of the room.Applications are reviewed selectively, and not all requests may be accepted.

Participation Contribution

Executive Participation is subject to a contribution of:

€3,000

This contribution applies exclusively to approved applicants and supports access to the Forum’s curated sessions and engagement formats.

Executive Participation includes:

  • Access to plenary sessions
  • Access to shared networking spaces throughout the Forum
  • Access to the Inaugural Cocktail Reception
  • Participation in thematic roundtables (subject to alignment and capacity)
  • Inclusion in the official strategic synthesis report
